Shelley Lewis is known for her strong visual approach and unique sense of humor. She marries bold, striking visuals with compelling storytelling. A lifelong athlete, she tells stories of hard work and transformation, emotional and physical, which has won her numerous awards.
She has shot commercials, music videos, dance films and a short film for the Vancouver International Film Festival. And she once helped build a solar car to race across America (ask her about it sometime). Shelley is also a proud member of Free The Work and Cinefemme.
In her previous life, Shelley was an art director in Toronto. As a junior, she and her partner had an idea for a TV spot involving a tampon and a bottle of red wine. Cannes and other honors followed, and she hasn’t looked back since.
